In order to maintain the many programs and activities that take place at the club we need the help of our membership.

There are many ways that you can get involved and help to keep us the best place to play tennis in Hamilton!

Volunteering: Become a Sponsor

League Conveners

Organize league activities and participants
Accommodating for any changes and adjustments

Schedule and arrange matches with other Captains .
Ensure full roster each week.

Day of play assistance.

Managing timing and courts.

Assist and mentor New Members with sign ups and information as needed.

Schedule and organize dates and participants as well as manage general fun.

Assisting with supplies and food for events and Juniors as paid for by the Club.

Weekly opening and closing duties.
Update tournament plaques and trophies (take them to be engraved) as paid for by the Club.

Organizing required maintenance and gardening activities as paid for by the Club and/or City.
